The Madhesi Jana Adhikar Forum, Nepal (Loktantrik), was a political party in Nepal. It existed as one of the important political force during the constituent assembly. Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar ( ne, बिजयकुमार गच्छदार; born February 1, 1954) is a Nepalese politician and leader of the Nepali Congress.
