Jessie Kaufman
Jessica "Jessie" Hunkin (born August 24, 1988, née Kaufman) is a Canadian curler from Parkland County, Alberta. She currently skips her own team out of Spruce Grove. Career Until joining the Robyn Silvernagle rink in 2018, Hunkin skipped or threw last stones one of the top teams in Alberta. Since forming her rink in 2008, she has won four WCT events: the 2010 Meyers Norris Penny Charity Classic, the 2011 Boundary Ford Curling Classic, the 2012 Iron Trail Motors Shoot-Out and the 2013 Avonair Cash Spiel. Her team were also runners up at the 2010 Red Deer Curling Classic, the 2013 Shamrock Shotgun and the Boundary Ford Curling Classic. Hunkin played in her first Grand Slam event at the 2011 Players' Championship where her team won just one game, failing to qualify for the playoffs. 2012 Iron Trail Motors Shoot-Out

2012 The Masters Grand Slam Of Curling
The 2012 Masters Grand Slam of Curling was held from November 14 to 18 at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, the Brantford Golf & Curling Club, the Paris Curling Club, and the Brant Curling Club in Brantford and Paris, Ontario as part of the 2012–13 World Curling Tour. The majority of the women's Tier I round robin games and some of the men's Tier I round robin games was held at the Brantford Golf & Curling Club, while the remainder of the Tier I games and the playoffs round games were held at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. Laura Crocker
Laura Walker (born November 19, 1990 as Laura Crocker) is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. She is a two-time Canadian University champion, a national junior champion, world junior silver medallist and world mixed doubles bronze medallist. Walker is originally from Scarborough, Ontario. Career Juniors Walker began her junior curling career as a skip. In 2008, her Scarboro Golf & Country Club rink made it to the provincial junior championships where her team finished with a 2–5 record. In 2010, Walker was invited to join the Rachel Homan junior rink at the second position. The team's regular second, Alison Kreviazuk, was too old to play in juniors that season (but played with the team in World Curling Tour events). 2011 Players' Championship
The 2011 GP Car and Home Players' Championship was a Grand Slam curling bonspiel held at the Crystal Centre in Grande Prairie, Alberta from April 12–17. It features a men's and women's draw, where the top sixteen teams from the Order of Merit rankings for the 2010-11 curling season are invited to compete. It was the final Grand Slam event for the season, and one of the last curling events for the season. The purse for the men's and women's event was CAD$100,000 each. On the men's side, Kevin Martin won his record seventh Players' championship with a win over Niklas Edin in seven ends, while Jennifer Jones secured her fourth Players' championship with a win over Ontario junior champion Rachel Homan after a big eighth end. Grand Slam (curling)
The Grand Slam of Curling (branded as the Pinty's Grand Slam of Curling for sponsorship reasons) is a series of curling bonspiels that are a part of the annual World Curling Tour. Grand Slam events offer a purse of at least CAD$100,000, and feature the best teams from across Canada and around the World. The Grand Slam was instituted during the 2001–02 season for men and 2006–07 for women (with the 2006 Players' Championship also considered a Slam), but some of the Grand Slam events have longer histories as bonspiels. The Grand Slam season consists of six men's and women's events. The original four events (Masters, Open, National, and Players' Championship) are considered to be "majors".
