Jeremy Munson
Jeremy Munson (born December 31, 1975) is an American businessman and politician. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, Munson represented District 23B in the Minnesota House of Representatives. He lives on a farm outside Lake Crystal, Minnesota. Early life and education Munson grew up in Brainerd, Minnesota. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Minnesota Crookston. Career After graduating from college, Munson lived in New York City for a year and worked as an account manager for RBC Capital Markets. He has since worked as a business analyst for the Taylor Corporation, Target, Ameriprise Financial, Allianz Life, Prime Therapeutics, Edina Realty, Aon, and the Andersen Corporation. Tony Cornish
Tony Cornish (born May 3, 1951) is a retired American police officer and former politician from the Republican Party. He was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He resigned in disgrace from the Minnesota House on November 30, 2017, following multiple accusations of sexual harassment. Early life, education, and career Cornish was educated at Garden City High School in Garden City Township, Minnesota and has received secondary education. From 1975 to 1977, he served as a police officer for the city of Amboy. From 1977 to 1980, he served as a deputy sheriff for Blue Earth County. Kristi Lynn Noem (; née Arnold; born November 30, 1971) is an American politician serving as the 33rd governor of South Dakota since 2019. WQOW (channel 18) is a television station in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States, serving the Chippewa Valley as an affiliate of American Broadcasting Company, ABC. The act of cession is the assignment of property to another entity. In international law it commonly refers to land transferred by treaty. Ballentine's Law Dictionary defines cession as "a surrender; a giving up; a relinquishment of jurisdiction by a board in favor of another agency." A special election was held in the U.S. state of Minnesota on February 12, 2018, to elect a new representative for District 23B in the Minnesota House of Representatives, caused by the resignation of Tony Cornish effective on November 30, 2017. A big lie (german: große Lüge) is a gross distortion or misrepresentation of the truth, used especially as a propaganda technique. Minnesota's 1st Congressional District
Minnesota's 1st congressional district extends across southern Minnesota from the border with South Dakota to the border with Wisconsin. It is a primarily rural district built on a strong history of agriculture, though this is changing rapidly due to strong population growth in the Rochester combined statistical area. The district is also home to several of Minnesota's major mid-sized cities, including Rochester, Mankato, Winona, Austin, Owatonna, Albert Lea, New Ulm, and Worthington.
