Jeff Tomsic is an American film producer, writer and director. His short film ''I'm Having a Difficult Time Killing My Parents'' debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in 2011. Following this, he was attached to a number of projects which remained in development hell. Development hell, development purgatory, and development limbo are media and software industry jargon for a project, concept, or idea that remains in development for an especially long time, often moving between different crews, scripts, game engines, or studios before it progresses to production, if it ever does.
