Jeff Klein (hotelier)
Jeff Klein (born April 24, 1970) is an Americans, American hotelier, restaurateur and founder of the JK Hotel Group. Early life Born in New York City, Klein spent his childhood in the city's Upper East Side neighborhood. He completed his education at Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School, Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School before pursuing higher studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. During his time at Tulane, he also studied abroad in Paris, France. In 1993, Klein graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French literature. Career After graduating from Tulane University Klein returned to New York City and got his first job in hospitality, as a bellman at the Gotham Hospitality Group’s The Franklin Hotel. James Joseph Graves (born September 27, 1953) is an American businessman and founder of the nationwide AmericInn hotel franchise. He was the Democratic Party nominee for the United States House of Representatives in Minnesota's 6th congressional district in 2012, challenging Republican incumbent Michele Bachmann. A native of Minnesota, Graves graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BS in education. He worked as a teacher prior to founding the AmericInn in Rogers, Minnesota in 1979. Robert Alan Alter (born March 5, 1951, in New York, NY) is an American hotelier and real estate investor. He is the founder and chairman emeritus of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO), and the current president of Seaview Investors, LLC, a real estate investment management company that operates hotels in Southern California and Colorado.
