Jean-Michel Cavalli
Jean-Michel Cavalli (born 13 July 1957) is a French and Corsican association football, football manager, who most recently managed MC Oran, and former player. Biography Cavalli started his playing career at Gazélec Ajaccio in 1971, also turning out for Corsican sides Bastia SCB (1977–78) and Solenzara (1978–79) before a second spell at Gazélec. He has managed clubs in Saudi Arabia, France and Morocco, while he took charge of Algeria national football team, Algeria in 2005. Cavalli coached the Corsica national football team, not affiliated with FIFA or UEFA, in a 2009 friendly against Congo national football team, Congo. Ajaccio
Ajaccio (, , ; French: ; it, Aiaccio or ; co, Aiacciu , locally: ; la, Adiacium) is a French commune, prefecture of the department of Corse-du-Sud, and head office of the ''Collectivité territoriale de Corse'' (capital city of Corsica). It is also the largest settlement on the island. Ajaccio is located on the west coast of the island of Corsica, southeast of Marseille. The original city went into decline in the Middle Ages, but began to prosper again after the Genoese built a citadel in 1492, to the south of the earlier settlement. After the Corsican Republic was declared in 1755, the Genoese continued to hold several citadels, including Ajaccio, until the French took control of the island. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Ajacciens'' (men) or ''Ajacciennes'' (women). Union Sportive de la Médina d'Alger ( ar, الإتحاد الرياضي لمدينة الجزائر); known as USM Alger or simply USMA for short, is a football club based in the inner suburbs of Algiers. The club was founded in 1937 and its colours are red and black. Their home stadium, Omar Hamadi Stadium, has a capacity of 10,000 spectators. Congo National Football Team
The Congo national football team ( French: '' Équipe de football du Congo'') represents the Republic of the Congo in men's association football and is governed by the Congolese Football Federation. They have never qualified for the World Cup, but did win the Africa Cup of Nations in 1972. They also won the All-Africa Games football tournament in 1965. Bastia (, , , ; co, Bastìa ) is a commune in the department of Haute-Corse, Corsica, France. It is located in the northeast of the island of Corsica at the base of Cap Corse.
