Jean-Marie Piret
Jean-Marie Piret (Tournai 27 March 1930 – Woluwe-Saint-Lambert 7 November 2020) was Attorney General of the Supreme Court of Appeal and Principal Private Secretary to the King of the Belgians. Education Jean-Marie Piret was a laureate of Belgium's interdiocesan history competition in 1947, the year he completed his Greco-Latin humanities at the Institut Saint-Boniface in Ixelles, with the gold medal. He obtained a doctorate in law from the Catholic University of Louvain on 19 July 1952, with great distinction. Career Registered with the Brussels Bar Association in 1955, he joined the Brussels public prosecutor's office in 1957 as a substitute. He became the first substitute in June 1971, and the King's prosecutor at the end of September 1983, after being appointed Head of the Criminal Problems Division at the General Secretariat of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg from 1 August 1972. Tournai
Tournai or Tournay ( ; ; nl, Doornik ; pcd, Tornai; wa, Tornè ; la, Tornacum) is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. Michel Didisheim
Michel, Count Didisheim (18 April 1930 – 6 January 2020) was the private secretary and chief of the Royal household (1962–1986) of Albert, Prince of Liège, later to become king Albert II of Belgium. He was also the CEO and president of the King Baudouin Foundation (1976–2001). Jacques Marie Joseph Hubert Ghislain van Ypersele de Strihou (born 5 December 1936), was the ''Principal Private Secretary'' to the King of the Belgians (1983–2013). When Albert II of Belgium succeeded his brother Baudouin I of Belgium, he kept his private secretary, so Jacques van Ypersele de Strihou has served two kings. Together with Jan Willems, Marshal of the Royal Household, he represents the King at the board of the King Baudouin Foundation. André Molitor
André Molitor (4 August 1911 – 4 June 2005) is a former Belgian senior civil servant of the Belgian State and former principal private secretary of King Baudouin I of Belgium from 1961 until 1977 (17 years). André Molitor was also a professor of public administration at the Université catholique de Louvain. Biography Molitor was born in Kermanshah, Iran, the son of a Belgian civil servant, established in Iran since 1901 on a mission of modernization of the Iranian customs. In 1935 he obtained the title of Doctor in Law, and since 1937 pursued a career in the Belgian public office. He was also the principal private secretary of the Minister Pierre Harmel and was the craftsman of the school pact of 1958, which ended a period of political dissension over the funding of secondary education.
