Jayson Wells
Jayson Donald Edward Wells (born December 22, 1976) is a retired American basketball player. He won titles in the Finnish, Ukrainian, and Israeli leagues. He was named to four All-League teams during his professional career. In 2003-04 he was the top rebounder in the Israel Basketball Premier League. High school career Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Jayson Wells attended Cleveland Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1994. He and teammate Earl Boykins led the Ironmen to a 23–2 season in 1994; reaching the Ohio State Quarterfinals; they won consecutive North Coast League titles. Heroes Den Bosch is a Dutch professional basketball club based in 's-Hertogenbosch. The club plays in the BNXT League since 2021 and in the top basketball division in the Netherlands since 1972. Royce Waltman
Royce Waltman (January 8, 1942 – April 7, 2014) was an American college basketball coach. He was the head coach at Indiana State University from 1997 to 2007; at the University of Indianapolis from 1992 to 1997 and the 2007–08 season and at DePauw University from 1988 to 1992. He won 100 or more games at each school and led all three to the NCAA National Tournament; in addition, he led them all to conference regular and tournament championships. His career collegiate record was: 337–263 (.562). He was the color commentator for Indiana basketball broadcasts on radio. Waltman died at the age of 72 in 2014 after a period of declining health. Sherman Dillard
Sherman Dillard (born September 1, 1955) is a former American basketball player and current coach. He was a head men's basketball coach at Indiana State University and at James Madison as well as an assistant at Maryland, California and Georgia Tech. Currently, he is an assistant basketball coach at the University of Iowa. Prior to being hired at Iowa in May 2010, he was a basketball representative for Nike. Dillard was the sixth round pick in the 1978 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers. North Coast League
The North Coast League (NCL) was a high school athletic conference for Catholic schools in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. The NCL was founded in 1984 by six parochial high schools: Cleveland Central Catholic, Holy Name, Lake Catholic, Pacua Franciscan, St. Peter Chanel, and Trinity. Earl Boykins
Earl Antoine Boykins (born June 2, 1976) is a former American professional basketball player. Standing at in height, he is the second-shortest player in NBA history behind Muggsy Bogues, who is tall. He was the head coach for the Douglas County High School boys varsity basketball team. He is now serving as an assistant coach for the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) Miners. Early life Boykins was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1976. As a child his 5' 8" father, Willie Williams, would sneak Boykins into a gym in his gym bag. Boykins grew up playing in recreational leagues with his father and other grown men. Svenska Basketligan, or the Swedish Basketball League (SBL), is the premier league for professional basketball in Sweden. The league was originally established in 1992 as Basketligan and was known as that prior to the season of 2006–07, but when the Swedish company Obol Investment signed an agreement with the Swedish Basketball Federation in early October 2006, the league was renamed Obol Basketball League (OBL).
