Jawahar Lal Kaul
J. L. Kaul was a professor of Law at Campus Law Center, University of Delhi. He is a former Vice-Chancellor of Vikram University, Ujjain, and Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. He has over 30 years of experience in international trade law and human rights and had written several books and articles. He is the president of All India Law Teachers' Association since 2005 and executive member of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi. The Faculty of Law, University of Delhi is the law department of the University of Delhi. It has the unique distinction of producing the largest number of sitting judges of the Supreme Court of India. Visva-Bharati () is a public central university and an Institution of National Importance located in Shantiniketan, West Bengal, India. Sushanta Kumar Dattagupta, known better as Sushanta Dattagupta, is an Indian condensed matter physicist. He was Director of the S N Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences Kolkata between 1999 and 2005 and then he was appointed Program Co-ordinator by the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD) for the newly evolving system of Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER).
