Jason Soloman
Jason Rafael Soloman (born 6 October 1970) is an English retired professional footballer who played as a defender. Soloman made over 100 league appearances for a number of clubs between 1990 and 1997, before playing non-league football. Career Born in Welwyn Garden City, Soloman began his career with the youth team of Watford. He also played league football for Peterborough United, Wycombe Wanderers, Wrexham and Fulham. Welwyn Garden City ( ) is a town in Hertfordshire, England, north of London. It was the second garden city in England (founded 1920) and one of the first new towns (designated 1948). It is unique in being both a garden city and a new town and exemplifies the physical, social and cultural planning ideals of the periods in which it was built. In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring.
