Jason Ostro
Jason Ostro is an American visual artist and gallery owner best known for his East Los Angeles Alley Project which was touted for turning "blight to bright" in the Los Angeles Times in 2015. That same year, Ostro was listed as one of the "8 Best Art Curators in Los Angeles" by CBS Los Angeles. Gabba Gallery Ostro founded the Gabba Gallery in 2012 in Historic Filipinotown as a space where he could exhibit contemporary urban and street art. Showcasing art from a variety of disciplines– photography, street, design, collage and fine art – Gabba Gallery is a cultural haven that embodies, as Time Out Los Angeles describes: "eclectic cool." Annie Preece
Annie Preece (born February 23, 1981), also known as "Love Annie", is an American visual artist, public speaker and comedian who lives and works in Los Angeles, California. Early life Preece was born in Burlingame, California to a family of artists. During her teen years she friended and was mentored by several graffiti artists, becoming one of the few recognized female street artists in San Francisco. By age 27 she (temporarily) put down the spray can and moved to a paintbrush on canvas. Preece has struggled with heroin addiction for over 20 years, her battle was partially documented on Season 1 of the reality series '' Addicted - Annie & Michael'' on the TLC network in 2010. Anthony Lister (born 1980) is a contemporary Australian artist. Lister helped pioneer the street art movement in his home city as a teenager. His artistic style employs charcoal, acrylic, spray paint, and oil. Stormie Mills (born 1969) is a street/ visual artist operating out of Perth, Western Australia. Mills' portfolio has been published in two books, ''Proximamente'' (2008) and ''Dwi Yma'' (2013).
