Jason Bowles
Jason Bowles (born November 24, 1982) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He won the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West championship in 2009. Racing career Early career He made his NASCAR West Series debut in the No. 22 Sunrise Ford/Turbo Torq Ford in 2007, posting two wins – one at California Speedway and the other at Miller Motorsports Park – on his way to becoming Rookie of the Year. For 2008 he recorded four wins and five poles, finishing second in the points. In 2009 Bowles won at Phoenix International Raceway, Toyota Speedway at Irwindale and Infineon Raceway, recorded 3 poles, and won the Camping World West Series championship. NASCAR For 2010 he no longer had a full-time ride, instead running partial schedules in the K&N Pro Series West and NASCAR Canadian Tire Series. Road America
Road America is a motorsport road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, United States on Wisconsin Highway 67. It has hosted races since the 1950s and currently hosts races in the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, IndyCar Series, SCCA Pirelli World Challenge, ASRA, AMA Superbike series, and SCCA Pro Racing's Trans-Am Series. 2010 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Season
The 2010 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series was the fourth racing season since the buy out of the CASCAR Super Series. Overview In 2010 many procedures in the series remained the same, with all of the races airing on The Sports Network, TSN, in tape-delayed one-hour segments excluding Montreal and the Toronto Indy. The Sports Network, TSN and RDS provided live coverage of the NAPA Autopro 100 from the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve on Sunday, August 29 and July 25 from the streets of Toronto. Major changes to the series included former CASCAR champion Dave Whitlock and his team closing down leaving many looking for rides. The NASCAR Pinty's Series (french: Série NASCAR Pinty's), commonly abbreviated as NPS, is a national NASCAR racing series in Canada, and is a continuation of the old CASCAR Super Series which was founded in 1981. Sonoma Raceway (originally known as Sears Point Raceway from 1967 to 1980 and 1982 to 2002, Golden State International Raceway in 1981 and Infineon Raceway from 2002 to 2012) is a road course and dragstrip located at Sears Point in the southern Sonoma Mountains of Sonoma County, California. The Irwindale Speedway & Event Center (a.k.a. ''Irwindale Speedway'', ''Irwindale Dragstrip'', or "The House of Drift") is a motorsports facility located in Irwindale, California, United States. It opened on March 27, 1999 under the official name Irwindale Speedway. Toyota purchased the naming rights to the facility in 2008, and from that time until 2011 it was also known as the Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. Auto Club Speedway, originally opened as California Speedway, is a , low-banked, D-shaped oval superspeedway in unincorporated San Bernardino County, California, near Fontana.
