Jarrod Silvester
Jarrod B. Silvester was an Australian rules football player for Australian Football League (AFL) club Richmond. He previously played for the Calder Cannons and Victorian Football League (VFL) side Coburg after initially failing to be drafted. Silvester endured a solid season at Coburg, Richmond's VFL affiliate club, and was subsequently given the opportunity to be rookie listed after training with the Tigers after their poor 2007 AFL season. He impressed and was drafted by the club at pick 17 in the 2008 Rookie draft. Silvester made his senior AFL debut for Richmond in round 13, 2009. Richmond played St Kilda Football Club on 28 June, in what turned out to be a one sided affair as St Kilda won easily. Calder Cannons
The Calder Cannons is an Australian rules football club from Melbourne, Australia. The club competes in the NAB League, the Victorian Statewide Under-18s competition, and fields squads in the Under-15s, Under-16s and Under-18s. The club was formed in 1995 after the need for two more metropolitan clubs. The geographic catchment area for the club is the north western suburbs of Melbourne extending to cover the Macedon Ranges area. 2009 AFL Season
The 2009 AFL season was the 113th season of the Australian Football League (AFL), the highest level senior Australian rules football competition in Australia, which was known as the Victorian Football League until 1989. Justin Koschitzke
Justin Gregory Koschitzke (born 20 September 1982) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the St Kilda Football Club in the Australian Football League. He played 200 games and kicked 247 goals for the club between 2001 and 2013. Hailing from the small town of Brocklesby, New South Wales, Koschitzke was taken with the second overall pick in the 2000 AFL National Draft. He debuted in round three of the 2001 season and then played every game for the rest of the year, subsequently winning the AFL Rising Star award. Standing tall, Koschitzke generally played either as a ruckman or as a key-position forward. A number of his seasons were shortened by injury, especially early in his career.
