Jarno Opmeer (born 11 April 2000) is a Dutch esports driver and former racing driver and is the 2020 and 2021 Formula One Esports Champion. He also competes in the Formula E: Accelerate Series with Mercedes-EQ. Career Formula 4 Opmeer graduated to single-seaters in 2016, participating in the SMP F4 Championship. He took seven victories and thirteen podiums in his debut year F4 finishing in second place in the championship to his fellow countryman Richard Verschoor. Opmeer also participated in two race meetings of the Spanish F4 with MP Motorsport, taking 5 podiums out of 6 races. Richard Verschoor
Richard Verschoor (born 16 December 2000) is a Dutch racing driver set to compete for Van Amersfoort Racing in the Formula 2 Championship. Verschoor graduated to Formula 2 in 2021 with MP Motorsport before switching to Charouz Racing System, after two years in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with MP Motorsport. Verschoor became the first Dutch driver to win the Macau Grand Prix, winning at his first attempt in 2019. He is a former Red Bull Junior Team member, the 2016 SMP F4 and Spanish F4 champion, where he won both single-seater championships in his debut year. Career Karting Verschoor started karting in 2011. 2016 SMP F4 Championship Season
The 2016 SMP F4 Championship season is the second season of the SMP F4 Championship. It began on 29 April at Sochi and finished on 10 September at Ahvenisto after 20 races held across seven rounds. This season saw the F4 debut of the Dutch team MP Motorsport, which joined Koiranen GP and SMP Racing in fielding cars and drivers. The series also expanded to the Netherlands, hosting some races as well as a parallel championship to the SMP F4 championship, called the Dutch F4 Trophy. The series is a FIA North-European Zone (NEZ) championship as in 2015. NEZ Council agreed in its meeting in 20 March to allow KNAF licence holders to score points in the championship. Neil Verhagen (born February 18, 2001) is a racing driver from the United States of America. Verhagen is the youngest to win the SCCA National Championship Runoffs, having accomplished this in the Formula F category. Early career Karting Neil started indoor karting along with his brother Alex. The duo trained and raced at the Grand Prix New York facilities in Mount Kisco, New York, under the instruction of racing driver Stevan McAleer. McAleer raced many classes and won the 2015 Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge in the ST class. After racing at the Oakland Valley Race Park club scene, Verhagen joined the WKA and various Rotax Max racing series.
