Jared Downing (born July 12, 1989) is an American mixed martial artist. A professional since 2009, he has fought in Bellator, Shark Fights, and the Resurrection Fighting Alliance. Mixed martial arts career Early career Downing started his professional career in 2009. Until October 2011, he fought for many promotions throughout the United States, most notably Bellator and Shark Fights. For Bellator, he faced Chad Vandenberg and Danny Tims. Downing defeated Vandenberg via submission in the third round, and defeated Tims via split decision (30-27 Downing, 29-28 Tims, 30-27 Downing). For Shark Fights, he faced Ran Weathers and Roberto Vargas. Downing defeated Weathers by knockout early in the first round, but against Vargas, he had his first defeat via split decision (30-27 Vargas, 30-27 Vargas, 30-27 Downing). Eric Wisely (born July 25, 1984) is an American professional mixed martial artist who formerly competed in the Lightweight division of the UFC. A professional competitor since 2006, Wisely has also fought for the Bellator and Strikeforce. Mixed martial arts career Early career Wisely compiled an amateur record of 6-1 before making his professional mixed martial arts debut on December 21, 2006, against Chriss Woodruff at Midwest King of the Cage 40. Neer is a village in Limburg, Netherlands. It is located in the municipality of Leudal, on the river Maas about 8 km north of Roermond.
