Cliff Lazarenko
Cliff Lazarenko (born 16 March 1952) is an English former professional darts player. Nicknamed "Big Cliff" due to his height (193 cm / 6'4") and weight (over 127 kg at his peak), he is known for being a colourful character on and off the stage.Hartley, Alan J. Royden Lam
Royden Lam (Chinese:林鼎智; born 8 September 1975) is a darts player from Hong Kong. Career Royden Lam is best known as a soft tip darts player but also plays steel tip darts. In 2009 he won the Hong Kong Open by beating Liu Cheng from China in the final. In 2010, he lost in the final of the Japan Open to Kyle Anderson and in the quarter-finals of the Asia Pacific Cup to Morihiro Hashimoto. In 2011, he almost managed to qualify for the PDC World Championship, but was defeated by Scott MacKenzie 4–3 in the final of the Chinese qualifier. In 2013, Lam registered for PDC Qualifying School and earned a Tour Card on the final day. However, he only played in three events during the year which included a 5–3 first round loss against Wayne Jones in the UK Open. Kyle Anderson (darts Player)
Noel James Kyle Anderson (14 September 1987 – 24 August 2021) was an Australian professional darts player who played within the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) from 2012 to 2021. He won the 2017 Auckland Darts Masters tournament. Career He started playing darts at the age of six and had competed in tournaments since he was nine. He first became interested in the game watching his father play. Anderson was an Aboriginal man of Noongar origin. Anderson qualified for the 2013 PDC World Darts Championship by winning the Oceanic Masters. He lost to Steve Beaton 3–0 in the first round after he missed two opportunities to take each of the opening two sets. Anderson dominated in the DPA's 2013 Australian Grand Prix season by winning seven events to top the Order of Merit. Simon Whitlock
Simon Whitlock (born 3 March 1969) is an Australian professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) tournaments, having also played in the British Darts Organisation (BDO) between 2004 and 2009. He uses the nickname The Wizard for his matches. His walk-on music is "Down Under" by Men at Work. His greatest achievements to date are winning the 2012 European Championship and 2022 World Cup of Darts for Australia with Damon Heta. Whitlock has also finished runner-up at the 2008 BDO World Darts Championship and the 2010 PDC World Darts Championship. He claimed that the prize money gained from the latter tournament which included money for the highest checkout (joint with Phil Taylor) would allow him to move over to the UK from Australia and compete on the PDC Pro Tour. Tony David
Tony David (born 11 September 1967) is an Australian former professional darts player, who played under the nickname The Deadly Boomerang. He is the only Australian player to have been a senior singles world darts champion, having won the 2002 Embassy World Championship. Career David started playing darts at the age of 25 and progressed into the Queensland State team in 1995. Four years later, he made the Australian WDF World Cup team for the first time. He made his first trip to the Lakeside Country Club in 2001 to play in the Embassy World Championship, losing to Andy Fordham 0–3 in the first round. The following year, in 2002, he qualified for his second attempt at the World Championship. Andy Jenkins
Andrew Jenkins (born 11 March 1971) is an English professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He was nicknamed "Rocky" due to his rough personality. Jenkins has reached high rankings in the PDC, but has never won a major tournament. In 2009, Jenkins was given a PDC ban for almost two years for an assault on Terry Jenkins during a non-televised PDC tournament. Career BDO Jenkins began his career playing in British Darts Organisation competitions and had some success in the open events. Thanawat Gaweenuntawong
Thanawat "Yong" Gaweenuntawong (born 6 May 1967) is a Thai professional darts player. Darts Career Thanawat made his Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) debut at the 2014 PDC World Cup of Darts in Hamburg, Germany, representing Thailand alongside Watanyu Charonrooj. They were whitewashed 5–0 in the first round by England's Phil Taylor and Adrian Lewis. Thanawat also competed at the 2015 and 2016 World Cup events with Attapol Eupakaree, again losing in the first round on each occasion. Thanawat won the South-East Asian Qualifier for the 2016 PDC World Darts Championship, defeating Malaysia's Tengku Hadzali Shah in the final to become the first player from Thailand to qualify for a World Championship. Tony Payne
Thomas Anthony Payne (born April 10, 1955) is an American former professional darts player. He is also well known for publishing an article in the ''Bulls Eye News'' magazine famously titled "Thermonuclear Cricket". Career Payne played in seven BDO World Darts Championships, but only managed to win one match in 1991, where he defeated Chris Johns, eventually losing in the second round to then World Champion Phil Taylor. All his other appearances saw him beaten in the first round where he lost to the likes of Eric Bristow (1987), Cliff Lazarenko (1988) and Bob Taylor (1994). Payne is, along with Davy Richardson and Steve West, one of three players to have lost their first five matches at the World Championship. John Lowe (darts Player)
John Lowe (born 21 July 1945) is an English former professional darts player. Along with Eric Bristow and Jocky Wilson, he was known for dominating darts during the 1980s. Lowe was world champion on three occasions, in 1979, 1987 and 1993. He was also a two-time winner of the Winmau World Masters and a two-time World Cup singles champion. In total, Lowe won 15 BDO and WDF majors. He held the World No. 1 ranking on four occasions. In October 1984, he became the first player to hit a televised nine-dart finish. Lowe is one of only six players to have won the World Championship three or more times, and was the first person to win it in three separate decades; along with Phil Taylor, he remains one of only two players to achieve this. Peter Locke (darts Player)
Peter Locke is a Welsh former professional darts player. Darts career Locke made his World Championship debut in the 1983 BDO World Darts Championship, losing in the first round to Terry O'Dea. A year later in the 1984 BDO World Darts Championship, he reached the quarter-finals, defeating Russell Stewart in the first round and then Malcolm Davies in the second round before losing to the eventual champion Eric Bristow in a 5-0 whitewash.
