Janusz Łęski (12 February 1930 – 1 January 2022) was a Polish film director and screenwriter. He was born in Radomsko, Poland. He became famous for creating popular films and series for children and youth. He died on 1 January 2022, at the age of 91.Janusz Łęski

Radomsko
Radomsko is a city in southern Poland with 44,700 inhabitants (2021). It is situated on the Radomka river in the Łódź Voivodeship (since 1999), having previously been in Piotrków Trybunalski Voivodeship (1975–1998). It is the county seat of Radomsko county. History Radomsko dates back to the 11th century. The oldest known mention of Radomsko comes from a document of Konrad I of Masovia from 1243. It received town privileges from Duke Leszek II the Black of Sieradz in 1266. During the times of fragmentation of Piast-ruled Poland, it was part of the Seniorate Province and Duchy of Sieradz, and afterwards it was a royal town of the Polish Crown, administratively located in the Sieradz Voivodeship in the Greater Poland Province of the Polish Crown. In 1288, Duke Leszek II the Black brought Franciscans to the town, and in 1328, King Ladislaus the Short funded the construction of the Gothic Franciscan church. Second Polish Republic
The Second Polish Republic, at the time officially known as the Republic of Poland, was a country in Central Europe, Central and Eastern Europe that existed between 1918 and 1939. The state was established on 6 November 1918, before the end of the First World War. Julian Dziedzina
Julian Dziedzina (21 October 1930, Lesko, Poland – 21 May 2007, Łódź) was a Polish director, film critic, and a longtime lecturer at the National Film School in Łódź. Life In 1956, he graduated from the Directing Department at the National Film School in Łódź. He started a puppet theater and amateur stage in Wałbrzych. He was also a film critic. As a director he made his debut with the film ''Koniec nocy'', starring, among others, Zbigniew Cybulski and Roman Polański. His most famous work was Bokser, with Daniel Olbrychski in the lead role. The film ''Field'' received three awards at the International Film Festival for Youth in Venice. Dziedzina was buried in the Starym cemetery in Łódź. ''Janna '' (Polish: ''Janka'') is a 1989 German-Polish children's television series. Set in the 1920s in a Polish village, the story recounts the adventures of Janna, the daughter of an innkeeper. In 1990, the concept was spun off into a television movie of the same name. Synopsis The series is set in a Polish village in the 1920s and is about the adventures of the innkeeper's daughter Janna and two gangs of children, the "Wolves" and the "Eagles". After a duel between the gangs, Janna receives a ring from her dying aunt, who tells her that it has magical powers. The competition between the children's gangs is also reflected in the conflict between the adults: the conservative grandfather Nowak and the progressive Jakob Bromski, who introduces airplanes and electricity to the town, repeatedly clash. Adam Iwiński
Adam Iwiński (1958 – 4 December 2010, Warsaw, Poland) was a Polish film director, cinematographer, and actor. Iwiński began his cinematography career in the mid-1980s and was the assistant director and second director, among others, on films such as: Jezioro Bodenskie, Pułkownik Kwiatkowski, Hero of the Year and A Chronicle of Amorous Accidents. After 2000, he teamed up with production company MTL Maxfilm, for which he worked on the films Just Love Me and Zróbmy sobie wnuka. He was also a co-founder of the soap opera M jak miłość, and directed more than 30 episodes. Iwiński died suddenly in Warsaw on 4 December and was buried at the Służew Old Cemetery in Warsaw on 17 December.
