Janice Munt
Janice Ruth Munt (born 3 November 1955) is an Australian politician. Munt was born in Melbourne, Victoria. She was educated at Highett High School. Before entering politics she was variously a company director, shop assistant, hair dresser's assistant, waitress, cook, clerk, employee of the Federal Department of Education, and customer service agent. A member of the Labor Party, she represented the Electoral district of Mordialloc in the Victorian Legislative Assembly from 2002 until her defeat in 2010. Sandringham College, established in 1988, is a two-campus secondary college located in the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Sandringham. In 1987 the State Government of Victoria decided to merge four schools: Beaumaris High School, Hampton High School, Highett High School, and Sandringham Technical School. The Australian Labor Party (Victorian Branch), commonly known as Victorian Labor, is the semi-autonomous Victorian branch of the Australian Labor Party (ALP). The Victorian branch comprises two major wings: the parliamentary wing and the organisational wing. Geoff Leigh (politician)
Geoffrey Graeme Leigh (born 24 August 1952) is a former Australian politician. He was a Liberal member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, representing Malvern from 1982 to 1992 and Mordialloc from 1992 to 2002. Leigh was born in Mordialloc in Melbourne to marine engineer Ronald Pearson Leigh and his wife, schoolteacher Anne Thora Whiteside. He was educated in Papua New Guinea at Samarai Island State School before attending Mentone Boys Grammar, Parkdale Secretary College and Moorabbin Technical College. He began an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery in 1969 and completed it in 1972. Active in the Liberal Party, he was President and Membership Officer of the Mentone Young Liberals in 1975 and was on the Young Liberal Movement State Executive 1978–79. Lorraine Joan Wreford (born 10 August 1961) is an Australian politician, and was the member of Mordialloc in the Victorian Legislative Assembly from 2010 to 2014.
