Janani Ashok Kumar is an Indian television actress who predominately works in Tamil television and films. She is best known for her role as Ms. Mallika in the television serial '' Mouna Raagam'' that aired on Star Vijay. Her other collaborations with the channel were '' Ayutha Ezhuthu''. Career Janani made her entrance into the entertainment industry in 2015 doing a small role in the film ''Nannbenda'' starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Nayanthara. Later in 2016 she debuted in into television in the serial '' Mappillai'' which aired on Star Vijay playing a lead role in the serial. She also acted in the popular serials such as '' Mouna Raagam'', ''Sembaruthi'' and '' Ayutha Ezhuthu''.
