James Situma
James Wakhungu Situma (born 11 November 1984 in Ndivisi, Bungoma, Kenya) is a retired Kenyan football player who played for Tusker in the Kenyan Premier League and the Kenya national team. He can play as a central defender or as a central midfielder. He achieved great success in his first spell at Sofapaka before his move to KF Tirana, winning 4 trophies during his 4 years at the club including their first ever Kenya Premier League title as well as captaining the side in the CAF Champions League. He also played for Mathare United FC and Kakamega Homeboyz FC before hanging up his boots in 2019. The “Fun Fact” is that Situma served as a captain in all the club's that he traded his services in Kenya. He currently serves as the President of the Kenya Footballers Mathare United FC Association (KEFWA), a body that articulates for issues related to contracted soccer players in Kenya. Bungoma County
Bungoma County is a county in the former Western Province of Kenya. Its capital is Bungoma town. Albanian Supercup 2011 is the 18th edition of the Albanian Supercup since its establishment in 1989. The match was contested between the 2010–11 Albanian Superliga champions Skënderbeu Korçë and the 2010–11 Albanian Cup winners KF Tirana. The match was played on 18 August 2011. McDonald Mariga
McDonald Mariga Wanyama (; born 4 April 1987) is a Kenyan retired footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Mariga made history as the first Kenyan footballer to play in the UEFA Champions League, for Internazionale on 16 March 2010. In 2019 he joined politics to vie for Kibera parliamentary seat after the death of Ken Okoth. Club career Early career Mariga started his playing career at Ulinzi Stars before moving first to Tusker FC and then to Kenya Pipeline while still at school. Dennis Oguta Oliech (; born 2 February 1985) is a Kenyan retired professional footballer who played as a striker. As a member of the Kenya national team, he became his nation's second all-time goalscorer, behind William "Chege" Ouma (35 goals), with 34 goals before retiring from international football in 2016. 2015 Kenyan Premier League
The 2015 Kenyan Premier League (known as the Tusker Premier League and thereafter the SportPesa Premier League for sponsorship reasons) was the twelfth season of the Kenyan Premier League since it began in 2003, and the 52nd season of top-division football in Kenya since 1963. It began on 21 February and ended on 1 November. Before the beginning of the season, talks with the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) concerning the expansion of the top tier to 18 teams fell through. While the KPL continued with its agenda for the season, the FKF created a parallel top division called the FKF Premier League (FKF PL), consisting of 18 teams. In March, an agreement was reached to maintain, for the 2015 season, the KPL as the top division with the FKF PL as the second tier.
