James Kennedy (musician)
James Kennedy (born 15 March 1980) is a Welsh rock solo artist, author and podcaster. He was formerly the singer & guitarist in the Alternative Rock band Kyshera until they disbanded in 2018 and now fronts the band James Kennedy & The Underdogs. Kennedy has released eight albums since 2010, including three with Kyshera and five solo releases with his latest being 'Make Anger Great Again', released in 2020 by Konic Records. Also in 2020, Kennedy's autobiography 'Noise Damage' was published by Eye Lightning Books which peaked at Number One on Amazon. In 2022, Kennedy began hosting The James Kennedy Podcast, a weekly podcast where he interviews musicians, activists, politicians and authors. Previous guests include Stella Assange, Frank Turner, James Watt of Brewdog, Bob Roth, Rou Reynolds, Greg Palast, Nadia Whittome and Lee Camp among others. Cardiff (; cy, Caerdydd ) is the capital and largest city of Wales. Kelly Jones
Kelly Jones (born 3 June 1974) is a Welsh singer-songwriter and a founding member, lead singer, and guitarist of the rock band Stereophonics. Early life and debut Kelly Jones was born youngest of three boys for Beryl and Arwyn Jones in the small Welsh former mining village of Cwmaman, Rhondda Cynon Taf, spending his childhood with them and his two older brothers, Kevin and Lee. Both of his parents worked in factories. His father coached youth football and pursued his own singing career. The name of Arwyn's backing band, Oscar and the Kingfishers, earned him the nickname 'Oscar' among friends and family. He went on to secure a record deal with Polydor, who renamed him 'Arwyn Davidson' due to the sheer number of Joneses in the music business at the time.
