James Gall (field Hockey)
James Richard Gall (born 20 May 1995) is an English field hockey player who plays as a midfielder for Surbiton and the England and Great Britain national teams. He was educated at Cranleigh School, Surrey. Club career Gall plays club hockey in the Men's England Hockey League Premier Division for Surbiton. He re-joined Surbiton for the 2017-18 season, from University of Nottingham. He also played for Beeston. International career Gall made his senior debut for England versus South Africa in March 2017, having represented his country at under-16, under-18, and under-21 levels. He played for England under-21 in the 2013 and 2016 Junior World Cups and won a bronze medal at the 2014 European under-21 championships. Frimley
Frimley is a town in the Borough of Surrey Heath in Surrey, England, approximately southwest of central London. The town is of Saxon origin, although it is not listed in Domesday Book of 1086. Train services to Frimley (on the line between Ascot and Aldershot), are operated by South Western Railway. History The name ''Frimley'' is derived from the Saxon name ''Fremma's Lea'', which means "Fremma's clearing". The land was owned by Chertsey Abbey from 673 to 1537 and was a farming village. More recently it was a coach stop on a Portsmouth and popular Southampton road for about four hundred years. Frimley was not listed in Domesday Book of 1086, but is shown on the map as ''Fremely'', its spelling in 933 AD. Frimley Lunatic Asylum was opened in 1799; it catered for both male and female patients, and received four patients from Great Fosters, Egham. 2013 Men's Hockey Junior World Cup
The 2013 Men's Hockey Junior World Cup was the 10th edition of the Hockey Junior World Cup for men, an international field hockey tournament. It was held between 6–15 December 2013 in New Delhi, India. Germany won the tournament for the sixth time after defeating France 5–2 in the final, who participated in their first ever final in a top international event. The Netherlands won the third place match by defeating Malaysia 7–2. Qualification Each continental federation got a number of quotas depending on the FIH World Rankings for teams qualified through their junior continental championships.
