Jalston Fowler
Jalston Demontrez Fowler Sr. (born July 26, 1990) is a former American football fullback. He played college football at Alabama, and was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Early years Fowler was a four-star running back out of Vigor High School in Prichard, Alabama. In 2008, he rushed for 1,182 yards and 25 touchdowns, and also caught 27 passes for 391 yards and a score, leading his team to the 5A Alabama State Championship. For his efforts, he was an Alabama Sports Writers Association Class 5A All-State selection. As a senior in 2009, he was named a Birmingham News Super Senior and was named All-American at running back by SuperPrep. Fowler also participated in track & field at Vigor, posting personal-best times of 11.86 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 24.18 seconds in the 200-meter dash as a senior. A fullback (FB) is a position in the offensive backfield in gridiron football, and is one of the two running back positions along with the halfback. Fullbacks are typically larger than halfbacks and in most offensive schemes the fullback's duties are split among power running, pass catching, and blocking for both the quarterback and the other running back. Tom Lemming is an American high school football recruiting analyst. Tom Lemming serves as the host of ''The Lemming Report'' on CBS Sports Network, the only national weekly high school football recruiting show. He is the editor of ''The Tom Lemming Prep Football Report'', considered by many to be "the bible" of college football recruiting. Lemming, a Chicago native, got his start as a stringer for suburban Chicago weeklies covering high school football games. In 1978, he began scouting football prospects, interviewing John Elway, Dan Marino, and Eric Dickerson, and filed his first Prep Football Report in 1979. High School Basketball
Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately in diameter) through the defender's hoop (a basket in diameter mounted high to a backboard at each end of the court, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. The 200 metres, or 200-meter dash, is a sprint running event. On an outdoor 400 metre racetrack, the race begins on the curve and ends on the home straight, so a combination of techniques is needed to successfully run the race. The 100 metres, or 100-meter dash, is a sprint race in track and field competitions. The shortest common outdoor running distance, the dash is one of the most popular and prestigious events in the sport of athletics.
