Jack Van Poortvliet
Jack Corstiaan van Poortvliet (born 15 May 2001) is an English professional rugby union player who plays as a Scrum-half (rugby union), scrum-half for Premiership Rugby club Leicester Tigers and the England national rugby union team, England national team. Club career Van Poortvliet was born in Colby, Norfolk whilst attending Taverham Hall School he began playing rugby for North Walsham R.F.C., at 12 years old he joined Leicester Tigers academy pathway and at 13 joined Oakham School to progress his rugby. Originally a fly half he switched position inside to scrum half and played as Leicester won the Under 18s academy league in the 2017-18 and 2018–19 seasons. Following the success of the academy side, in July 2019, van Poortvliet was one of 11 players offered professional terms to join the club's development squad. Exeter Chiefs (officially Exeter Rugby Club) is an English professional rugby union club based in Exeter, Devon. They play in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby. 2023 Rugby World Cup
The 2023 Rugby World Cup is scheduled to be the tenth men's Rugby World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's rugby union teams. It is scheduled to take place in France from 8 September to 28 October 2023 in nine venues across the country. The opening match and final will take place at the Stade de France, in the commune of Saint-Denis, north of Paris. The tournament will take place in the bicentenary year of the "invention" of the sport by William Webb Ellis. Eddie Jones (rugby Union)
Edward Jones (born 30 January 1960) is an Australian rugby union coach and former player, who was most recently the head coach of the England national team from 2015 to 2022. He previously coached Australia between 2001 and 2005, taking the team to the 2003 Rugby World Cup final. He was an advisor with South Africa when the Springboks won the 2007 Rugby World Cup, and from 2012 to 2015 he coached Japan, leading them in the 2015 Rugby World Cup and an upset win over South Africa.
