Mats Olof Gustafsson (born 29 October 1964) is a Swedish free jazz saxophone player. Career Gustafsson came to the attention of lovers of improvised music as part of a duo with Christian Munthe (started in 1986), as member of Gunter Christmann's Vario project and the band Gush (started in 1988). He later played widely with Peter Brötzmann, Joe McPhee, Paul Lovens, Barry Guy, Yoshimi P-We, Derek Bailey, Magnus Broo, Otomo Yoshihide, Pat Thomas, Jim O'Rourke, Thomas Lehn, Evan Parker, Misha Mengelberg, Zu, The Ex and Sonic Youth. Antoine Marie Joseph Paul Artaud, better known as Antonin Artaud (; 4 September 1896 – 4 March 1948), was a French writer, poet, dramatist, visual artist, essayist, actor and theatre director. The ''Ottawa XPress'', or rendered as ''(x)press'' on its cover, was an alternative weekly newspaper in Ottawa, Ontario. The paper was launched in April 1993 by Jim Creskey and Ross Dickson, who both also founded ''The Hill Times''. Its original editor-in-chief was Derek Raymaker. In March 2001, the paper was sold to ''Voirs president and founder, Pierre Paquet. ''Xpress'' was the fifth paper to join the group, along with Montreal's ''Hour'' and the French-language cultural weeklies ''Voir'' Montréal, ''Voir'' Quebec, and ''Voir'' Gatineau, and was therefore part of the largest alternative newsweekly group in Canada. The Stranglers
The Stranglers are an English rock band who emerged via the punk rock scene. Scoring 23 UK top 40 singles and 19 UK top 40 albums to date in a career spanning five decades, the Stranglers are one of the longest-surviving bands to have originated in the UK punk scene. Formed as the Guildford Stranglers in Guildford, Surrey, in early 1974, they originally built a following within the mid-1970s pub rock scene. While their aggressive, no-compromise attitude had them identified by the media with the emerging UK punk rock scene that followed, their idiosyncratic approach rarely followed any single musical genre, and the group went on to explore a variety of musical styles, from new wave, art rock and gothic rock through the sophisti-pop of some of their 1980s output.
