Wholesale
Wholesaling or distributing is the sale of goods or merchandise to retailers; to industrial, commercial, institutional or other professional business users; or to other wholesalers (wholesale businesses) and related subordinated services. In general, it is the sale of goods in bulk to anyone, either a person or an organization, other than the end consumer of that merchandise. Wholesaling is buying goods in bulk quantity, usually directly from the manufacture or source, at a discounted rate. The retailer then sells the goods to the end consumer at a higher price making a profit. According to the United Nations Statistics Division, ''wholesale'' is the resale of new and used goods to retailers, to industrial, commercial, institutional or professional users, or to other wholesalers, or involves acting as an agent or broker in buying merchandise for, or selling merchandise to, such persons or companies. Dried tobacco leaves are mainly used for smoking in cigarettes and cigars, as well as pipes and shishas. They can also be consumed as snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, and snus. Tobacco contains the highly addictive stimulant alkaloid nicotine as well as harmala alkaloids. Fumée (company)
Fumée Inc. was a cigar media and online retailer based in Cedar Park, Texas. It sold premium cigars and distributed cigar related media through its website. It was founded in 2006 by Heather Waibel and incorporated in Texas in 2007. Fumée is notable in that it was one of the few cigar related companies headed by a woman, (others include Heavenly Cigars founded by Heather L. Phillips and Up Down Cigar owned by Diana Silvius). Unlike many brick and mortar operations that since the late 1990s have become online merchants, Fumée's goal was the opposite, they started as an e-commerce operation with the stated goal of branching into the brick and mortar business. In 2006 Heather Waibel campaigned against Proposition 86 of California that would have raised tobacco taxes in the state. Fumée Inc. also produced a podcast that interviewed industry insiders. These have included Rocky Patel of Indian Tabac, Charlie Toraño of Toraño Cigars, Alan Rubin of Alec Bradley, Ernesto Padilla of ...

List Of Cigar Brands
This is an alphabetical list of cigar brands. Included is information about the company owning the brand name as well as a column allowing easy viewing of the source of that information. If a brand name begins with the English word "The" or its Spanish equivalents, ''El, La, Los,'' and ''Las'', that first word is disregarded. Brands denoted by dual personal names or by personal names preceded by the title, ''Don'', are alphabetized by the ''first'' name of the series — thus "Don Pepín Garcia" appears under the letter D, not G. Brand names beginning with ''De'' or ''Del'' are listed under D. Feel free to make additions to this list, but please try to keep new listings in alphabetical order. If you are not comfortable making changes to the table, note your additions to be made on the Talk page. {, class="wikitable sortable" ! Brand name ! GoTo
GoTo (goto, GOTO, GO TO or other case combinations, depending on the programming language) is a statement found in many computer programming languages. It performs a one-way transfer of control to another line of code; in contrast a function call normally returns control. The jumped-to locations are usually identified using labels, though some languages use line numbers. At the machine code level, a goto is a form of branch or jump statement, in some cases combined with a stack adjustment. Many languages support the goto statement, and many do not (see § language support). The structured program theorem proved that the goto statement is not necessary to write programs that can be expressed as flow charts; some combination of the three programming constructs of sequence, selection/choice, and repetition/iteration are sufficient for any computation that can be performed by a Turing machine, with the caveat that code duplication and additional variables may need to be introduce ...

Litigation
- A lawsuit is a proceeding by a party or parties against another in the civil court of law. The archaic term "suit in law" is found in only a small number of laws still in effect today. The term "lawsuit" is used in reference to a civil action brought by a plaintiff (a party who claims to have incurred loss as a result of a defendant's actions) requests a legal remedy or equitable remedy from a court. The defendant is required to respond to the plaintiff's complaint. If the plaintiff is successful, judgment is in the plaintiff's favor, and a variety of court orders may be issued to enforce a right, award damages, or impose a temporary or permanent injunction to prevent an act or compel an act. A declaratory judgment may be issued to prevent future legal disputes. A lawsuit may involve dispute resolution of private law issues between individuals, business entities or non-profit organizations. A lawsuit may also enable the state to be treated as if it were a private party i ...
