JP Jonck
Juan Pierre Jonck (born 7 December 1991) is a South African professional rugby union player who most recently played with Currie Cup side the . His regular position is flanker. Career Youth / Poneke / Wellington Jonck attended Hoërskool Roodepoort, where he not only played rugby for the first team, but also took part in Greco-Roman wrestling. However, he then moved to Wellington, New Zealand, where he joined Swindale Shield side Poneke. He represented the Poneke Colts team in 2011 and appeared for their first team in 2012. He was also a member of the ITM Cup side 's Under-20 and Under-21s teams. Wits / Falcons Jonck returned to South Africa in 2013 to play rugby for the University of the Witwatersrand. He made one appearance for team newly promoted from the Varsity Shield into the 2013 Varsity Cup competition, starting in their 0–52 loss to . Roodepoort
Roodepoort is a town in the Gauteng province of South Africa. Formerly an independent municipality, Roodepoort became part of the Johannesburg municipality in the late 1990s, along with Randburg and Sandton. The 2014 Currie Cup qualification series was a tournament organised by the South African Rugby Union. It featured seven teams and was played in June and July 2014, with the winner qualifying for the 2014 Currie Cup Premier Division. Super Rugby is a men's professional rugby union club competition involving teams from Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. It previously included teams from Argentina, Japan, and South Africa. 2015 SARU Community Cup
The 2015 SARU Community Cup (known as the ''2015 Cell C Community Cup'' for sponsorship reasons) will be the third season of the SARU Community Cup competition. The qualification to the tournament will take place in 2014, while the competition proper will be contested in 2015. The tournament is the top competition for non-university rugby union clubs in South Africa.
