They were previously Rapha Condor–recycling.co.uk following a merger between the recycling.co.uk Pro Cycling Team and the original RaphaCondor team at the end of 2007. Jonathan "Jon" Mould (born 4 April 1991) is a Welsh racing cyclist from Newport, Wales, Newport. Mould is a member of British Cycling's Olympic Academy Programme which he joined in 2010. Mould started bike racing at the age of 14 with Newport Velo Cycling Club, and joined the British Cycling Olympic Development Programme in 2009. He was a Commonwealth Games Athlete representing Wales at the Delhi 2010 Games, and rode for the team in 2012. He joined for 2013. Edward Laverack (born 27 July 1994) is a Welsh cyclist from Llanelli. Predominantly a hill climber, his most notable achievement is winning the 2019 British National Hill Climb Championship in Haytor Vale, Devon, setting a new course record in the process. Born in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Laverack attended Ysgol Bryngwyn. At the age of 14 he was inspired to have a go at cycling having witnessed Nicole Cooke's performance at the 2008 Olympic Games. Germain Burton (born 29 January 1995) is an English racing cyclist from London, who currently rides for . Germain Burton is the son of Mia and Maurice Burton, who was the first black British champion in cycling. He rides for a team sponsored by his father's bike shop, De Ver Cycles, based in Streatham, South London. Graham Briggs (born 14 July 1983) is a British road racing cyclist, who currently rides for British amateur team Clancy Briggs Cycling Academy.
