Ivan Sarjanović
Ivan Sarjanović ( sr-cyr, Иван Сарјановић; born 30 April 1949), is a Serbian physician and former professional basketball player. Medical career Sarjanović earned his master's degree in medicine from the University of Belgrade in 1981. Also, he received degrees in medicine from the Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona, Italy and the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. As a physician, Sarjanović worked in Malta, Slovenia, Italy and the United States (Houston, TX). Also, Sarjanović was a sports physician for the Crvena zvezda basketball team and the Yugoslavia national basketball team. Playing career Sarjanović spent most of his playing career with Crvena zvezda of the Yugoslav Basketball League, where he played from 1967 to 1976. 1973–74 FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup
The 1973–74 FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup was the eighth edition of FIBA's 2nd-tier level European-wide professional club basketball competition, contested between national domestic cup champions, running from October 1973, to 4 April 1974. It was contested by 25 teams, one less than in the previous edition. Crvena zvezda defeated Spartak ZJŠ Brno in the final, held in Udine, to become the first Yugoslav League team to win the competition, after unsuccessful appearances by Crvena zvezda itself, and Jugoplastika, in the two previous finals. Yugoslav Basketball Cup
The Yugoslav Basketball Cup ( sh, Kup Jugoslavije u košarci / ) was the men's national basketball cup of Yugoslavia between its inauguration 1959 and 2002. It was held in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia between 1959 and 1991 and in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia between 1992 and 2002. In 2002, FR Yugoslavia changed its name to Serbia and Montenegro while the cup got renamed to the Radivoj Korać Cup. Nowadays, a similar competition, in the format of a supercup, exists as the ABA League Supercup. Goran Rakočević
Goran Rakočević ( sr-cyr, Горан Ракочевић; born March 1, 1951), is a former Serbian professional basketball player. He is the father of Igor Rakočević, a Serbian professional basketball executive and former player. Playing career Rakočević spent entire playing career in Crvena zvezda of the Yugoslav Basketball League, where he played during 1970s. His teammates were Zoran Slavnić, Dragan Kapičić, Ljubodrag Simonović, Dragiša Vučinić and Vladimir Cvetković among others. With them he won the National Championships, three National Cups and the 1974 FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup (nowadays Saporta Cup). Vladimir Cvetković
Vladimir Cvetković ( sr-cyr, Владимир Цветковић; born 24 May 1941) is a Serbian former basketball player and sports administrator who is the honorary president of Crvena zvezda. He played with KK Crvena zvezda for 13 seasons. With Crvena zvezda he won 2 National Championships and 1 National Cup. He spent his entire playing career with KK Crvena zvezda. Dragiša Vučinić ( sr-cyr, Драгиша Вучинић; born 4 April 1948) is a Serbian former professional basketball player and coach who spent major part of his career with Crvena zvezda. Playing career Vučinić grew up playing basketball for his hometown team KK Lokomotiva Mostar. In 1967, he left the club joining Belgrade-based team Crvena zvezda. Ljubodrag "Duci" Simonović ( sr-Cyrl, Љубодраг Дуци Симоновић, ); born 1 January 1949) is a Serbian philosopher, author and retired basketball player. He played with Red Star Belgrade, with which he won two National Championships, three National Cups and one FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup. From 1976 to 1978, he played for 1. FC 01 Bamberg in the top-tier level German Basketball Bundesliga. Simonović played for the senior Yugoslav national basketball team that won the gold medal at the 1970 FIBA World Championship. Dragan Kapičić ( sr-cyr, Драган Капичић; born 7 August 1948) is a retired Serbian professional basketball player and executive. Club career Kapičić played with Crvena zvezda, in his hometown of Belgrade, in the Yugoslav First Federal League, from 1965 to 1977. Zoran "Moka" Slavnić (Serbian Cyrillic: Зоран Мока Славнић; born 26 October 1949) is a Serbian retired professional basketball player and coach. He played with Crvena zvezda and with Partizan. One of the best European point guards of all time, he was named one of FIBA's 50 Greatest Players in 1991, and he became a FIBA Hall of Fame player in 2013. The First Federal Basketball League () was the highest tier level men's professional club basketball competition in SFR Yugoslavia. Founded in 1945 and folded in 1992 (1991-92 Winer Broker YUBA League), it was run by the Basketball Federation of Yugoslavia.
