Ismat Gayibov
Ismat Ismayil oglu Gayibov ( az, Ismət Qayıbov Ismail oğlu) (born in 1942 in Ganja, Azerbaijan) was the Public Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan. He was killed in a helicopter which was shot down by Armenian forces near the Karakend village of Khojavend district in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijan. There were no survivors of the crash. Gayibov's official burial was done at the '' Avenue of the Honored Ones Cemetery'' in Baku. A stadium in Baku, an oil tanker, many schools and streets were named after him. Ismat Gayibov Stadium
Ismat Gayibov Stadium, also referred as Bakikhanov Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Bakikhanov settlement of Baku, Azerbaijan. It is named in honor of Ismat Gayibov (1942–1991). It is currently used mostly for football matches. In February 2011, the president of Neftchi Baku football club Sadyg Sadygov announced that in domestic competitions Neftchi will host the rivals in Ismat Gayibov Stadium beginning from 2011–2012 season. The stadium holds approximately 5,000 seats. However, he states that an additional sector with 2,500 seats is to be constructed in the stadium. The Alley of Honor ( az, Fəxri Xiyaban, Honorary ''Allée'') is a public cemetery and memorial in Baku, Azerbaijan. The Alley includes burials of famed Azerbaijanis and Azerbaijan-affiliated expatriates, including several Presidents, scientists and artists. There are 242 burials in total.
