Islamabad Tonight
Islamabad Tonight is a current affairs program from Islamabad, Pakistan, hosted by Nadeem Malik. Islamabad Tonight was launched in December 2008, in which issues related to Pakistan have been discussed like security, terrorism, economy and politics. This daily program is one of the prime time talk shows of AAJ TV and goes on air from Monday to Friday at 8 p.m. In August 2009, Islamabad Tonight presented a special interview with Pakistan's nuclear scientist Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, where he detailed his role in the nuclear field, development of Pakistan's nuclear power and how he interacted with Iran, North Korea and other countries. Islamabad (; ur, , ) is the capital city of Pakistan. Seymour Myron "Sy" Hersh (born April 8, 1937) is an American Investigative journalism, investigative journalist and political writer. Hersh first gained recognition in 1969 for exposing the My Lai Massacre and its cover-up during the Vietnam War, for which he received the 1970 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting. During the 1970s, Hersh covered the Watergate scandal for ''The New York Times'' and revealed the clandestine bombing of Cambodia. Lieutenant General Asad Ahmed Durrani ( ur, اسد أحمد درانی; born 7 February 1941) is a retired 3-star rank general in the Pakistan Army and presently a commentator, speaker and author. Durrani previously served as the Director General of the ISI and former Director General of the Pakistan Army's Military Intelligence. Shahid Aziz
Shahid Aziz ( ur, ) is a Pakistani military author and a public official who served as the Chairman of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from 2004–07, and university administrator of the Federal Urdu University in 2014–16. Aziz, a soldier who was trained in the United States in infantry tactics, saw military actions in war theater with India in 1999 through 2001. After retiring from the military, Aziz was the chairman of the National Accountability Bureau but was forced to resigned amid controversy. Moinuddin Haider, HI(M) (Urdu: معین الدین حیدر ; born 5 June 1942) is a retired three-star rank general of the Pakistan Army, who later served as the Governor of Sindh and then as the Interior Minister of Pakistan. Admiral Fasih Bokhari (; 8 March 1942 – 24 November 2020) was a Pakistani admiral who served as the Chief of Naval Staff from 1997 to 1999. He was a well-known pacifist and a prominent political figure as the Chief of Naval Staff from 1997 until his voluntary resignation in 1999, which stemmed from his staunch opposition to the then- Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf's instigation of the Kargil War with India, a conflict that Bokhari reportedly saw as an act of inappropriate and uncoordinated aggression from Pakistan and one that subsequently led him into a bitter dispute with Musharraf. Muhammad Taqi Usmani (born 5 October 1943) is a Pakistani Islamic scholar and former judge who is the current president of the Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia and the vice president and Hadith professor of the Darul Uloom Karachi. An intellectual leader of the Deobandi movement, he has authored 143 books in Urdu, Arabic and English, including a translation of the Qur'an in both English and Urdu as well a 6-volume commentary on the ''Sahih Muslim'' in Arabic, ''Takmilat Fath al-Mulhim'' and ''Uloomu-l-Quran''.
