Isaác Brizuela
Isaác Brizuela Muñoz (; born 28 August 1990), is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for Liga MX club Guadalajara. Born in the United States, he represented the Mexico national team. Brizuela was born in the United States to Mexican parents who worked in California at the time. His family returned to their hometown of Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, when he was two years old. He began playing football in his town until he was scouted to play for Toluca's youth squad in Guadalajara. Brizuela was promoted to the club's first-team squad in 2009 after good performances with the club's farm team, Atlético Mexiquense, from the second division. The Clausura 2017 Copa MX (officially the Clausura 2017 Copa Corona MX for sponsorship reasons) was the 77th staging of the Copa MX, the 50th staging in the professional era and is the tenth tournament played since the 1996–97 edition. Copa MX
The Copa MX (formerly called Copa Tower Monterrey, Copa Eliminatoria, Copa México and Copa Corona MX (for sponsorship reasons)) was a Mexican football cup competition that was established in 1907. After a lengthy hiatus that began in 1997, it was restored in 2012. On early editions of the cup, it consisted of both professional and amateur stages. It was the first official tournament that included teams from different parts of Mexico and was considered a prestigious tournament, especially during its earlier years of existence. 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup
The 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup was the 12th CONCACAF Gold Cup competition and the 22nd CONCACAF regional championship overall in CONCACAF's fifty years of existence. The United States was the host nation. The competition began on 7 July 2013 at the Rose Bowl, and ended with the final on 28 July 2013 at Soldier Field, with the United States defeating Panama 1–0. In this edition of the Gold Cup, Mexico participated with an alternative squad due to the main players competing at the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup prior to the Gold Cup. José Manuel de la Torre Menchaca (born 13 November 1965), popularly nicknamed ''Chepo'', is a Mexican former professional footballer and a manager. As a player, de la Torre played as an attacking midfielder. Playing career "Chepo" came up through the Chivas youth academies, and was an important player for all the teams he played for. He had a short stint in Europe with Spanish club Real Oviedo, where he played 32 games and scored 8 goals. Lagos de Moreno () is a city and municipality in the State of Jalisco, Mexico. Lagos is located in the region of Los Altos de Jalisco, within the macroregion of the Bajío, one of the most highly developed areas in Latin America. José Saturnino Cardozo Otazú (; born 19 March 1971) is a Paraguayan football manager and former professional footballer.
