Inteha (1999 Film)
''Inteha'' ( ur, ) is a Pakistani Urdu film which was released in 1999 across theaters in Pakistan. The movie was Samina Peerzada's debut directorial attempt and established the careers of its two leading men Humayun Saeed and Zeeshan Sikander. These actors, incidentally, made their debuts with ''Inteha''. Synopsis ''Inteha'' is the story of Sara (Meera), a young woman from a well-off background, studying at a liberal arts college. Being the introverted sort and romantically inclined, she's a dreamer. With a dad who dotes on his daughter, and a pacifist boyfriend (Zeeshan Sikanadar), life just couldn't get any better for her. This all is shattered when circumstances force her to marry her feudal cousin (Humayun Saeed as Zafar). She finds her new home troublesome. Samina Peerzada
Samina Peerzada (, Punjabi, ) is a film and television actress, producer and director from Pakistan. Personal life Samina was born into an educated Kashmiri Butt family in Lahore, but was raised in Karachi, Sindh Pakistan. After graduating in commerce she chose to pursue a career in acting. After many successful years of acting in television dramas and minor roles in television advertisements Samina was cast in starring roles in several films. She married Usman Peerzada, a fellow media personality, in 1975. The couple have two daughters, Anum and Amal. Their younger daughter ''Amal'' is a miniature artist. Humayun Saeed Ansari (born 27 July 1971), professionally known as Humayun Saeed, is a Pakistani actor and producer. He has appeared in dozens of Pakistani television dramas and limited number of films, and earned Lux Style Awards, and ARY Film Awards. Primarily known as an actor, Saeed also runs the Six Sigma Plus media production house which produces television drama serials and commercial movies. Early life and family Saeed was born on 27 July 1971 in Karachi into “a liberal and well-educated Punjabi family.” Saeed attended Nasra School in Karachi where he excelled in his studies and earned the distinction throughout his academic career until matriculation. Irtiza Rubab ( ur, ) (born 12 May 1977), better known by her stage name Meera ( ur, ), is a Pakistani film actress and television presenter. She has appeared in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi movies. Career Meera made her movie debut in 1995, and earned nationwide critical acclaim in 1999 for her lead performance in ''Khilona'' (1996–97). Resham is a Pakistani film and television actress and model. She made her film debut with ''Jeeva'' in 1995, and was a leading actress of Lollywood during the 1990s. Amjad Bobby (Punjabi, ur, ; 1942 15 April 2005) was an acclaimed Pakistani music composer and director. Early life and career He was born in Amritsar, British India in 1942. His father wanted him to be a clerk but he preferred to become a film music composer. His first film as a music director was Aik Nagina (1969) and the song "Dil nahi toe koi sheesha koi pathar hi milay" in Ahmed Rushdi's voice gained him some recognition.
