Infernum
Infernum is a Polish black metal band founded in 1992 in Wrocław by Grzegorz Jurgielewicz (also known as "Anextiomarus" and "Karcharoth") and Tom Balrog playing also in Oppressor and, at present, in Baphomet's Throne. Their debut, ''Taur-Nu-Fuin'', was one of the earliest albums of National Socialist black metal. Band history Infernum was formed in 1992 in Wrocław by Jurgielewicz, who adopted the pseudonym, "Anextiomarus" (electric guitar, bass guitar, vocals). Tom Balrog (percussive instruments) was the other band member. During this time, the band recorded a demo entitled ''The Dawn Will Never Come'' (1993). Several months later, another demo entitled, ''Damned Majesty,'' was produced with the help of a keyboardist Robert Fudali (pseudonym Rob Darken) from the band Graveland. Sound Riot Records
Sound Riot Records is an independent record label founded in March 1994 in Brazil. The company started as a small mailorder service for demo-tapes and 7"EPs. In the same year, the CD distribution started and Sound Riot Records became the official distributor for European record labels such as Displeased, Misanthropy, Holy, No Fashion, Cold Meat Industry, Avantgarde Music, and among others. The idea to running an own record label came during 1995 and the debut release came out in March 1996. In March 1999, they decided to move to Europe. Rob Darken
Robert Fudali (born 13 December 1969), better known as Rob Darken, is a Polish musician and singer, best known for being the frontman for black metal band Graveland. He has also contributed to other local bands, such as Fullmoon, Veles, Infernum, Oppressor (present Baphomets Throne), Legion, Wolfkhan, Behemoth and North, most of which as either session keyboardist or artwork contributor. Ideology Darken sees himself as a Heathen and Christianity as the worst enemy of white Europeans. He exalts the latter's return to their ancestors' heritage, and has spoken out against "race mixing". On the Graveland EP '' Raise Your Sword!'', he declares Heathendom to be the religion of white Europeans. Darken has been accused of being a neo-Nazi. National Socialist Black Metal
National Socialist black metal, also known as NSBM, Aryan black metal, and Neo-Nazi black metal, is a political movement and subgenre within the black metal music scene that promotes neo-Nazism, Fascism, and white supremacist ideologies. NSBM artists typically combine neo-Nazi imagery and ideology with ethnic European paganism, Satanism, or Nazi occultism, or a combination thereof, and vehemently oppose Christianity, Islam and Judaism from a racialist viewpoint. Graveland
Graveland are a Polish pagan black metal band which was formed in 1991 by Rob Darken (born Robert Fudali). They began as a black metal band before adopting a pagan and Viking metal style. The lyrics and imagery of Graveland are strongly inspired by European mythology, nature, winter and war. Their early work focused on Celtic and Slavic mythology, while their later work focuses on Norse mythology and Wotanism. A Balrog () is a powerful demonic monster in J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth. Oppressor
Oppressor was a technical death metal band from Chicago, Illinois, which formed in 1991 and disbanded in 1999. They released three albums. Three of the band's members went on to form alternative metal band Soil. History Oppressor was started in May 1991 by Tim King and Adam Zadel. A month later, they found another guitarist, Jim Stopper, and a drummer, Tom Schofield. They recorded their first demo, ''World Abomination'', in 1991. A second demo, ''As Blood Flows'', recorded in 1992, got them a record deal with Red Light Records, who released their first full-length album, '' Solstice of Oppression'', in 1994. Shortly after the album's release, Red Light went bankrupt and the band was forced to find another label.
