Indian Hill High School
Indian Hill High School is a public high school near Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the only public high school in the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District. In 2022 Indian Hill was ranked #198 in the National Rankings and #5 in the State of Ohio. In 2007, Indian Hill High School was ranked 48th in the nation in '' U.S. News & World Report'' Top 100 High Schools, placing it ahead of Walnut Hills High School and Wyoming High School as the top public high school in the Tri-State area, though Walnut Hills High School and Wyoming High School overtook Indian Hill once again in the most recent state rankings. In addition, it placed 116th on Newsweek Magazine's 2009 Top 1500 High School Rankings and was named a 2007 U.S. Blue Ribbon School. The Village of Indian Hill is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States, and an affluent suburb of the Greater Cincinnati area. The population was 5,785 at the 2010 census. Prior to 1970, Indian Hill was incorporated as a village, but under Ohio law became designated as a city once its population was verified as exceeding 5,000. Junior Classical League State Chapters
The National Junior Classical League (National JCL or NJCL) is a youth organization of secondary school students sponsored by the American Classical League (ACL). Founded in 1936, the NJCL comprises more than 1,000 Latin, Greek and Classical chapters in the United States, Canada, South Korea and the United Kingdom, and with over 45,000 members, is the largest Classical organization in the world today. Its mission: "to encourage an interest in and an appreciation of the language, literature and culture of ancient Greece and Rome and to impart an understanding of the debt of our own culture to that of classical antiquity." Lieutenant Colonel Paul Lewis Hackett III (born October 21, 1963) is an American lawyer and veteran of the Iraq War who unsuccessfully sought election to the United States Congress from the Second District of Ohio in the August 2, 2005, special election. Hackett, a Democrat, narrowly lost to Republican Jean Schmidt, a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives, providing the best showing in the usually solidly Republican district by any Democrat since the 1974 election. Michael Thomas Gruber (born November 1, 1964) is an American actor. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, the youngest of four children, two sisters and one brother. At an early age, Michael showed great interest in gymnastics and diving. He became the 2nd best diver in his age class in the world at the age of fourteen. Michael was an All-American diver who graduated from Indian Hill High School in 1982 and attended the University of Michigan on an athletic scholarship as an Olympic diving hopeful training under then Olympic coach Dick Kimball. Theodore Richard Bolser (born October 22, 1990) is a former American football tight end. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles).
