Ted Bolser
Theodore Richard Bolser (born October 22, 1990) is a former American football tight end. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at Indiana. He has also played for the Arizona Cardinals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. College career Bolser was a four-year starter for the Indiana Hoosiers football team (2010-2013), first for head coach Bill Lynch and then for Kevin Wilson. In 47 games with the Hoosiers, he caught 117 passes for 1,337 yards and 15 touchdowns. Professional career Washington Redskins Bolser signed a four-year contract with the Redskins on May 16, 2014. The Redskins released Bolser on August 29, 2014. After clearing waivers, he was signed to the team's practice squad, two days later. He was waived from the practice squad on October 7. Tight End
The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns. Because of the hybrid nature of the position, the tight end's role in any given offense depends on the tactical preferences and philosophy of the head coach as well as overall team dynamic. Bill Lynch
Bill Lynch (born June 12, 1954) is a former American football coach. He was most recently the head football coach at DePauw University, a position he held in 2004 and re-assumed in December 2012 until his retirement after the 2019 season. Lynch also served as the head football coach at Butler University (1985–1989), Ball State University (1995–2002), and Indiana University Bloomington (2007–2010). He was inducted into the Indiana Football Hall of Fame in 2005. High school and college Lynch graduated from Bishop Chatard High School in Indianapolis in 1972. He moved on to Butler University where was a four-year letterwinner as the quarterback for the football squad and a captain of the basketball team. He quarterbacked the football team to a 28–12 record, led the nation in pass percentage in 1975, and often jokes that he "held" Larry Bird to 42 points in his final college basketball game. Kevin Wilson (American Football)
Kevin Reece Wilson (born October 23, 1961) is an American football coach and former player who currently serves as the head coach at the University of Tulsa. He will continue to serve as the offensive coordinator at Ohio State University through the 2022 season. Wilson served as head coach at Indiana University from 2011 to 2016 and was the offensive coordinator at the University of Oklahoma from 2002 to 2010.
