The Icelandic Men's Football Cup ( - Mjólkurbikarinn) is a knock-out football cup competition in Iceland. The final is played at Laugardalsvöllur in mid-September. The winners qualify for the UEFA Europa League. The tournament was first played in 1960. Víkingur are winners of 2021. 2011 Icelandic Cup
The 2011 Visa-Bikar was the 52nd season of the Icelandic national Association football, football cup. It began on 30 April 2011 and ended with the final in August 2011 at Laugardalsvöllur. Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar, FH were the reigning champions, having won their second Icelandic cup 2010 Icelandic Cup, last year. Knattspyrnufélag Reykjavíkur, KR won the cup after beating Þór Akureyri, Þór 2-0 in the final. Breiðablik Men's Football
The Breiðablik men's football team is the men's football department of the Breiðablik multi-sport club. It currently plays in the Besta deild karla, the top-tier men's football league in Iceland; they finished 1st in 2022. The team is based in Kópavogur, a short distance south of Reykjavik. History Breiðablik's first competitive match was played on 12 June 1957, a 1–0 loss against Þróttur Reykjavík. After several years in the lower leagues, Breiðablik competed in the country's top division, the Úrvalsdeild karla (Úrvalsdeild), for the first time in 1971. FH Men's Football
The FH men's football team, commonly referred to as FH, is the men's football department of Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar multi-sport club. It has been a dominant power in Icelandic football since the early 2000s, winning several national championships. History Early history FH's football department was founded after 1939 when talks between FH and Haukar regarding a joint football team broke down. FH were promoted to the first division in football for the first time in 1975. They avoided relegation by one place and two points in 1979 before being relegated in last place in 1981. FH were promoted back to the top-flight in 1984.
