Ivan Lapikov
Ivan Gerasimovich Lapikov (Russian: Иван Герасимович Лапиков; 7 July 1922 – 2 May 1993) was a Soviet and Russian actor. People's Artist of the USSR (1982). Biography Lapikov was born in the village of Gorny Balykley, near Tsaritsyn (now – Dubovsky District, Volgograd Oblast). He spent his childhood in Stalingrad. In 1939, he enrolled in drama school in Kharkov, where he studied for the following two years. After the World War II began, Ivan started to work in the Gorky Drama Theater (Stalingrad). There he worked until he removed to Moscow in 1963. In Moscow Lapikov joined the Film Actor's Theater-Studio. His first role in cinema was in the film ''The Reserve Player'' (1954). After ''The Chairman (1964 film)'' by Alexey Saltykov (1964), where the actor had played the brother of the lead character, Lapikov became famous. ''Andrei Rublev'' (russian: Андрей Рублёв, ''Andrey Rublyóv'') is a 1966 Soviet Union, Soviet Art film, arthouse Biographical film, biographical historical drama film directed by Andrei Tarkovsky and co-written with Andrei Konchalovsky. The film was re-edited from the 1966 film titled ''The Passion According to Andrei'' by Tarkovsky which was censored during the first decade of the History of the Soviet Union (1964–1982), Brezhnev era in the Soviet Union. The film is loosely based on the life of Andrei Rublev, the 15th-century Russian Iconography, icon painter. Nikolai Nikolayevich Rybnikov (russian: Никола́й Никола́евич Ры́бников; December 13, 1930 – October 22, 1990) was a Soviet and Russian film actor. People's Artist of the RSFSR (1981). Biography Early life and education Nikolai Nikolayevich Rybnikov was born on 13 December 1930 in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast. His father Nikolai Nikolayevich, was a factory fitter and his mother, Klavdiya Aleksandrovna, a housewife. He also had a brother, Vyacheslav. With the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, Rybnikov the elder went to the front, and the mother took her sons and moved to Stalingrad to her sister, believing that it would be safe there. Life Stanislav Lyubshin is a Russian actor whose recognition came after his role of a spy in '' Shchit i mech'' (1968). Yevgeny Yakovlevich Vesnik (russian: Евге́ний Я́ковлевич Ве́сник; 15 January 1923 in Petrograd – 10 April 2009 in Moscow) was a Soviet and Russian actor. The son of Yakov Vesnik, the first director of the Kryvorizhstal plant, he fought the Germans in World War II. He worked at the Maly Theatre from 1963 and was named a People's Artist of the USSR in 1989, three years before his retirement from the stage. Vasily Makarovich Shukshin (russian: Василий Макарович Шукшин; 25 July 1929 – 2 October 1974) was a Soviet Russian writer, actor, screenwriter and film director from the Altai region who specialized in rural themes. A prominent member of the Village Prose movement, he began writing short stories in his early teenage years and later transition to acting by his late 20s.
