Ivan Fuksa
Ivan Fuksa (born 15 July 1963) is a Czech politician who served as Minister of Agriculture from 2010 to 2011 and member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2010 to 2012. Fuksa graduated from the Transport and Communications University in Prague. He worked in the municipal transport company in Prague and after having returned to Příbram in 1988, he became teacher. He was elected into Příbram city assembly in 1990 as the Civic Forum member. He co-founded Příbram's Civic Democratic Party (ODS), led it in the municipal elections and became Příbram's mayor in 2002. He replaced Josef Vacek in the seat. In 2006, Fuksa's led ODS gained two more seats in the city assembly, but the party was not able to find a coalition partner and had to leave to opposition. Fuksa was replaced by new social-democratic mayor Josef Řihák, his former coalition partner. Příbram
Příbram (; german: Freiberg in Böhmen, ''Przibram'', or ''Pribram'', in 1939–1945 ''Pibrans'') is a town in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 32,000 inhabitants. It is well known for its mining history, and more recently, its new venture into economic restructuring. The town is the third-largest in the Central Bohemian Region (behind Kladno and Mladá Boleslav), and is a natural administrative and cultural centre of the south-western part of the region, although it also tends to be largely influenced by the proximity of Prague. Czech Social Democratic Party
The Czech Social Democratic Party ( cs, Česká strana sociálně demokratická, ČSSD, ) is a social-democratic political party in the Czech Republic. Sitting on the centre-left of the political spectrum and holding pro-European views, it is a member of the Party of European Socialists, the Socialist International, and the Progressive Alliance. Masaryk Democratic Academy is the party-affiliated's think tank. The ČSSD was a junior coalition party within Andrej Babiš' Second Cabinet's minority government from June 2018, and was a senior coalition party from 1998 to 2006 and from 2013 to 2017. Marathon
The marathon is a long-distance foot race with a distance of , usually run as a road race, but the distance can be covered on trail routes. The marathon can be completed by running or with a run/walk strategy. There are also wheelchair divisions. Mont Blanc (french: Mont Blanc ; it, Monte Bianco , both meaning "white mountain") is the highest mountain in the Alps and Western Europe, rising above sea level. Miroslav Kalousek
Miroslav Kalousek (born 17 December 1960) is a Czech politician, former leader of KDU-ČSL and TOP 09, and has been a member of the Chamber of Deputies (MP) since 1998. He served twice as Finance Minister in the cabinets of Mirek Topolánek and then again from 2010 to 2013 in the government of Petr Nečas. Early life Kalousek was born in Tábor. He studied chemistry at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague. Between 1984 and 1990, Kalousek worked as a technician at the company Mitas Praha. After the Velvet Revolution, Kalousek became a member of the state service. From 1993 to 1998, he was a deputy minister at the Ministry of Defense, responsible for the budget, army restructuring and acquisitions.
