Itziar Ituño
Itziar Ituño Martínez (born 18 June 1974) is a Spanish actress, who performs in her native Basque language as well as in Spanish. She is best known for her role as Inspector Raquel Murillo in the television series '' Money Heist''. Early life Ituño was born in Basauri, on 18 June 1974. She studied acting at the Basauri Theater School and also graduated in urban-industrial and political sociology from the University of the Basque Country. Career Ituño's first appearance was in the Basque film ''Agur Olentzero, agur'' (''Goodbye Olentzero, Goodbye'') which was released in 1997. In 2001 she got a role in the soap opera '' Goenkale''. In this television series, she played Nekane Beitia, a bisexual policewoman from the fictional village of Arralde. She played the role until 2015, when the show was canceled. Basauri
Basauri is a major municipality of Biscay, in the Basque Country (autonomous community), Basque Country, an Autonomous Community in northern Spain. The town is a part of the Greater Bilbao conurbation, being only a few kilometers south of Bilbao. It is an industrial town with monuments such as the tower house of Ariz. It is home to the province's only prison, located where the Nervión and Ibaizabal rivers meet. The municipality had a population of 40,589 in 2019. ''Errementari'', also known as ''The Blacksmith and the Devil'', is a 2017 internationally co-produced Basque-language period fantasy horror film directed by and written by Alijo and Asier Guerricaechebarría. The plot is based on the Basque folktale version of The Smith and the Devil, as collected by Father Joxemiel Barandiaran. The film sets the legend in 1843, with a blacksmith holding a demon in captivity, and an orphan girl who releases the demon from its cage. Plot In 1835 in Araba, during the First Carlist War, rebels are captured by government soldiers and executed. One rebel, Francisco Patxi, survives with the aid of a demon and slays the soldiers. Eight years later, government investigator Alfredo Ortiz arrives in Araba. He searches for Patxi, who now lives in a ruined forge in the woods.
