''Ittu Si Baat'' is an Indian Hindi-language romantic-comedy film directed by Adnan Ali and produced by Narendrat Hirawat and Laxman Utekar.The film stars Bhupendra Jadawat, Gayatri Bhardwaj, Dheerendra Gautam, Ravi Kumar and Farida Jalal.
