Isac Elliot Lundén (born 26 December 2000) is a Finnish-Swedish pop singer, songwriter, dancer and actor. He is best known for his song " New Way Home" and his debut album '' Wake Up World'' in 2013, both of which gained success in Finland and Norway. The follow-up album '' Follow Me'' was released in 2014 charting in Finland and Norway. Kauniainen (; sv, Grankulla) is a small town and a municipality of inhabitants () in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland. Alessandro Mahmoud (, ; born 12 September 1992), known professionally as Mahmood, is an Italian singer-songwriter. While Heponen had no previous experience in rapping, his friend who worked in the music industry suggested that they should make a song.
