Isa-e Church
The Isa-e Church is a denomination Reformed Presbyterian in Bangladesh and India. It was founded in 1999 by Abdul Mabud Chowdhury, an ex-Muslim convert to Christianity. History In 1985, Abdul Mabud Chowdhury, an ex-Muslim, converted to Christianity. After living abroad and becoming a pastor, Abdul returned to Bangladesh in 1997. However, meeting with a group of former ex-Muslims, he acknowledged that the country's Christian denominations were culturally disconnected from the country's majority population. Chowdhury then begin working on establishing a church that adopts Bengali culture as tool of evangelization in the country. On September 2, 1999, she was formed in Jamat Isa-e Bangladesh. Later, a denomination adopted the name "Isa-e Church Bangladesh". The denomination soon spread across the country. As of 2015, it had 6,000 members in 127 local churches. The World Reformed Fellowship (WRF) is an ecumenical Christian organization which promotes unity between confessional Calvinist churches around the world. "alone"; occasionally Anglicized to five solas) of the Protestant Reformation are a foundational set of Christian theological principles held by theologians and clergy to be central to the doctrines of justification and salvation as taught by the Reformed and Lutheran branches of Protestantism and Pentecostalism. Reformed Churches In The Netherlands (Liberated)
The Reformed Churches in the Netherlands (Liberated) (Dutch: Gereformeerde Kerken in Nederland (vrijgemaakt)) are an orthodox Calvinist federation of churches. This church body arose in 1944 out of the so-called Liberation (') from the Reformed Churches in the Netherlands, when many pastors and members refused to go along with the General Synod's demand to hold to "presumed regeneration of infants" at their baptism. Klaas Schilder played an important role in the Liberation. There are currently 270 affiliated local congregations with a total of about 120,000 members in 2016. Since 2017, the denomination has been in the process of merging with the Netherlands Reformed Churches, which together hope to form, on March 1, 2023, the Dutch Reformed Churches, a new denomination.
