Ira P. Rothken is an American high technology attorney and computer scientist who has handled numerous cases of first impression involving the internet and new technologies. Education and Early Work Rothken is a graduate of Brandeis University with a bachelor's degree in science and Golden Gate University School of Law where he was Editor in Chief of the Intellectual Property Law Review.
