Ionuț Moldovan
Ionuţ "Ion" Moldovan (born 17 January 1978) is a former professional tennis player from Romania. He was Vice-President of the Romanian Tennis Federation from 2013 to 2015. Career Moldovan had his best results on the ATP Tour at the 1996 Open Romania, where he was a singles quarter-finalist and in 2005, when he made the semi-finals of the same event, this time in the doubles, with countryman Gabriel Moraru. He played one Masters Series tournament, the 2000 Stuttgart Masters. In that tournament he partnered Andrei Pavel in the doubles and the pair were eliminated in the first round by Pablo Albano and Jaime Oncins. Salvador Navarro Gutiérrez (born 8 January 1977) is a former professional tennis player from Spain. Career Navarro qualified for his only Grand Slam in 1997, at the French Open. He won his opening round match against countryman Marcos Aurelio Gorriz, in five sets, but would lose to Jan Siemerink in the second round. He never made a quarter-final during his singles career on the ATP Tour but did have a win over world number 27 Sébastien Grosjean at the 2000 Torneo Godó, held in his hometown of Barcelona. Cristiano Testa
Cristiano Testa (born 23 September 1973) is a former professional tennis player from Brazil. He is also known as Testinha. Biography Testa, a left-handed player, represented Brazil's Junior Davis Cup team in 1989. Turning professional in 1993, Testa competed mostly on tour as a doubles specialist. His best performance came at the 1996 Colombia Open where he made the semi-finals with Diego del Río. He made a total of 11 Challenger doubles finals, for three titles, in Medellín, Eisenach and Santiago. In 2000 he reached his highest doubles ranking of 109 in the world and earned a spot in the main draw of the 2000 Australian Open. Cristian Kordasz (born 31 July 1978) is a former professional tennis player from Argentina. Biography Kordasz was born in Zárate near Buenos Aires and raised in the coastal city of Necochea. At the age of 18 he emigrated to Orléans in France to pursue a career in tennis. A right-hander, Kordasz attained his career best singles ranking of 199 in 2000. In doubles he made it to 181 in the world and won a Challenger title in Kyiv, partnering Gábor Köves. Wolfgang Schranz
Wolfgang Schranz (born 18 or 19 March 1976) is a former professional tennis player from Austria. Schranz won the 1992 Austrian National Championships, for the 16 and under age group. He competed in main draw of the French Open twice, in 1997 and 1998. In the first tournament he lost in the opening round to Gastón Etlis and he again failed to make the second round in 1998, when he was beaten by Felix Mantilla. His best results on tour came at events in his home country. In 1994 he made the quarter-finals of the St. Pölten tournament. Dick Norman
Dick Norman (born 1 March 1971) is a former professional tennis player from Belgium. He achieved a degree of folk popularity among tennis fans due to his height (6 feet 8 inches), his left-handed power game and, in the last few years of his career, his age (between late 2006 and his retirement in June 2013 he was the oldest player on the ATP Tour). After retirement Norman became involved in coaching and organizing local tennis events. In March 2018, he became the tournament director of ATP Antwerp, also known as the European Open. Julian Knowle (born 29 April 1974) is an Austrian former male professional tennis player. Being a born left-hander, Knowle was one of the few on the ATP Tour who played his forehand, backhand, and even volleys double-handed. He was Austria's most successful doubles player in history by reaching world no. 6 in the ATP doubles rankings in January 2008, before being matched by Jürgen Melzer, who reached no. 6 in September 2010, and overtaken by Alexander Peya, who reached no. 3 in August 2013. Gareth Williams (tennis)
Gareth Williams (born 27 August 1975) is a former professional tennis player from South Africa. Biography Born in Pretoria, Williams was a doubles specialist, who had success as a junior in 1993 when he made three junior grand slam finals. After finishing runner-up at both the French Open and Wimbledon, he and Neville Godwin made a third successive final at the 1993 US Open, defeating the Australian pairing of Ben Ellwood and James Sekulov. He and Godwin also competed in several ATP Tour events, including Durban in 1993, where they made the quarter-finals. In the mid-1990s he left the professional circuit to play collegiate tennis in the United States at the University of Tulsa (UT).
