Ioan Baba (; November 25, 1951) is an ethnic Romanian Serbian poet A poet is a person who studies and creates poetry. Poets may describe themselves as such or be described as such by others. Voivodina
Vojvodina ( sr-Cyrl, Војводина}), officially the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, is an autonomous province that occupies the northernmost part of Serbia.
