Inumidun Akande
Inumidun Akande (born 10 June 1947) is a Nigerian jurist and former Chief Judge of Lagos State. Early life She attended Holy Trinity Primary School at Ebute Ero, a metropolitan city of Lagos State southwestern Nigeria before she proceeded to Ijebu Ode Grammar School, Ogun State, Nigeria, where she obtained the West Africa School Certificate in 1966. She received a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lagos in 1970.She graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 1971 and was Call to the bar on June 16, 1971. Law career She joined the Lagos State Judiciary in the early 1970s and served at the Ministry of Justice as Director of Legislative Drafting, before she got a transfer to the National Assembly, Lagos as Assistant Chief Legal Draftsman in 1983. Chief Judge Of Lagos State
The Chief Judge of Lagos State is the head of the Lagos State Judiciary, the judicial branch of the Lagos State Government and the chief judge of the High Court of Lagos State. From 1967 to 1973, the title was called Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The appointment is often made by the Governor. Babatunde Raji Fashola ( yo, Bàbátúndé Rájí Fáṣọlá; born 28 June 1963) is a Nigerian lawyer and politician currently serving as the Federal Minister of Works and Housing of Nigeria. Ayotunde Adeyoola Phillips (born 26 July 1949) is a Nigerian Jurist and former Chief Judge of Lagos State. Early life Ayotunde Adeyoola Williams was born on 26 July 1949, in London, the first child of the late Justice James Oladipo Williams and Henrietta Aina Williams, a Lagos state-born judge.
