Ingunn Gjerstad (born 26 May 1963) is a Norwegian politician for the Socialist Left Party. She served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Oslo during the terms 2005–2009 and 2013–2017. The Storting ( ; ) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. Oslo
Oslo ( or ; ) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality.
