The Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA (IDB; ) is the administrative agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Republic of China. The economy of Taiwan has achieved Industrialized Economy (IE) status (which includes economies with adjusted manufacturing value added (MVA) per capita higher than $2,500 (PPP international dollars) or a gross domestic product per capita higher than $20,000 (international PPP)) as defined by UNIDO, and Taiwan is included in the UNIDO's Competitive Industrial Performance Index (CIP) and ranked 8th overall in UNIDO's Industrial Development Report among global economies in 2022. Da'an District, Taipei
Daan District (or Da-an District, Da'an, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, United States National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency District) is an important educational, commercial, residential and cultural District (Taiwan), district of Taipei, Taipei City, Republic of China (Taiwan). The name of the district means "great safety" or "great peace". History The district is named after Daiwan village () that was once located near the intersection of present-day Xinyi Road and Fuxing Road (Taipei), Fuxing S. Road. Taipei Metro
Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), branded as Metro Taipei, is a rapid transit system serving the areas of Taipei and New Taipei City, New Taipei in Taiwan, operated by the State-owned enterprise, government-owned Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, which also operates the Maokong Gondola. Taipei Metro was the first metro system ever built in Taiwan. The initial network was approved for construction in 1986 and work began two years later. It began operations on March 28, 1996, and by 2000, 62 stations were in service across three main lines. Over the next nine years, the number of passengers had increased by 70%. Since 2008, the network has expanded to 131 stations and the passenger count has grown by another 66%. Dongmen Station
Dongmen () is a metro station in Taipei, Taiwan served by the Taipei Metro. It is an interchange station with the Tamsui–Xinyi line and the Zhonghe–Xinlu line, which opened on 24 November 2013. The station opened on 30 September 2012 with the opening of the Zhongxiao Xinsheng to Guting segment of the Zhonghe–Xinlu line. Station overview The station is a four-level, underground station with island platforms for both the Tamsui–Xinyi and Zhonghe–Xinlu Lines. The platforms are stacked, allowing for cross-platform interchange between the two lines. Shen Jong-chin (; born 1951) is a Taiwanese politician. Education Shen obtained his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Provincial Taipei Institute of Technology and master's degree in commerce automation and management from National Taipei University of Technology. Woody Duh Tyzz-jiun (; born 23 October 1959) is a Taiwanese politician, who was the Vice Premier of the Republic of China from 1 February 2016 to 20 May 2016. He was the Governor of Fujian Province. He was the Minister of Economic Affairs (MOEA) of the Republic of China from 10 August 2014 after his predecessor Chang Chia-juch's resignation amid the 2014 Kaohsiung gas explosions. He tendered his resignation from the post on 30 November 2014 after the 2014 Republic of China local election.
