Jair Bolsonaro and Hamilton Mourão inaugurated as List of presidents of Brazil, 38th President of Brazil and 25th Vice President of Brazil, respectively, on 1 January 2019, in a ceremony held in the National Congress of Brazil in Brasília, beginning the presidency of Jair Bolsonaro. Brazil observed daylight saving time (DST) (called ''horário de verão'' – "summer time" – in Portuguese) in the years of 1931–1933, 1949–1953, 1963–1968 and 1985–2019. Initially it applied to the whole country, but from 1988 it applied only to part of the country, usually the southern regions, where DST is more useful due to a larger seasonal variation in daylight duration. The Silver Wraith was the first post-war Rolls-Royce. It was made from 1946 to 1958 as only a chassis at Rolls-Royce's former Merlin engine plant, their Crewe factory, alongside the shorter Bentley Mark VI. The Bentley too was available as a chassis for coachbuilders but also for the first time could be bought with a Rolls-Royce built standard steel body.
